These can make around 1.0kg of Phosphorus credit, and we can sell that on you behalf acting as an agent if you so wish. 1.0kg of Phosphorus credit is worth between £35,000 and £60,000. There are numerous factors that dictate that price.

A common amount of credit to sell in Taunton would be 0.1kg. This is enough to cover one dwelling be it a flat or a house. Assuming price of £55,000, for this we would take £550 in commission taken out of the deposit paid by the buyer, which in this case would be the same £1100. In order to issue our deed of allocation the total deposit to buyer would be £1100 + VAT, of which you would receive £550.
For a project with 8 houses in Wellington you might need (gulp) 4kg of Phosphorus Credits. Assuming price of £55,000, for this we would take £11,000 in commission taken out of the deposit paid by the buyer, which in this case would be the same £33,000. In order to issue our deed of allocation the total cost to buyer would be £33,000 + VAT, of which you would receive £22,000.
Sometimes it can take quite a long time. In fact you should prepare for it taking a while!
2 to 3 Months - That is quite optimistic.

However, two important things, the deposit is non-refundable, and there is a time limit of 1 year between deed of allocation issue, and use of credits. So if they haven't used them within a year you can re-issue them.
